The University of Nottingham is offering 38 Fully-funded Vice-Chancellor’s Scholarship for Research Excellence. International students are eligible for these scholarships.
Vice-Chancellor’s Scholarships for Research Excellence aim to recognise and reward applications from outstanding international students from the Faculties of Arts, Medicine and Health Sciences, Science and Social Sciences.
The University of Nottingham is a public research university based in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England, United Kingdom. It was founded as University College Nottingham in 1881 and was granted a Royal Charter in 1948.
They welcome applications from suitable candidates but would particularly value applications from strong candidates wishing to work within the research priority areas of each faculty.

Available Subject: Scholarships are offered in diverse fields to help students in upgrading their education.
Scholarship Benefits: In 2017 they are offering 38 full tuition fee scholarships.
Eligibility: Applicants can apply for this scholarship if they:
- Are classed as an overseas student for fee purposes
- Already hold an offer to start a full-time research degree programme*, PhD or MPhil, at our Nottingham campus with a start date that falls between 01 October 2017 and 01 February 2018 (inclusive), in any subject area** excluding Engineering***
Please note that these scholarships are for up to each of 3 years of a research programme, subject to satisfactory progress.
