Alpha FMC – Summer Diversity Internship Programme 2022

Opportunities

Alpha’s Summer Internship offers people from diverse backgrounds the opportunity to experience a career in Financial Services and Consulting first-hand. We are looking for talented undergraduates who meet our eligibility criteria  to join our Asset & Wealth Management or Insurance divisions to gain an insight into the industry and support our consulting engagements. Alpha’s 2022 Summer Internship will run for 8 weeks from July 4th – August 26th.

Given the low levels of representation we have found across certain groups in our industry, as well as barriers to entry (e.g. unconscious bias), we believe this internship will help us to achieve the outcomes of (1) improving the diversity of our own workforce and (2) contributing as a firm towards addressing the imbalance within our industry as a whole.
