Qualifications


 •Must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s degree program, with scheduled graduation between December 2022 and June 2023

•Qualifying majors include finance, accounting, or related fields

•A minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 GPA scale

•Proficient computer skills, including Python and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)•Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•Energetic and eager to tackle new projects

•Self-directed and able to work with little supervision

•Interest in insurance and financial services

•Good collaborative and relationship-building skills

•This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship

 

 

Responsibilities

•Real-time constructive feedback

•Collaboration with managers who have excellent business acumen

•Group activities, including virtual networking events and volunteer activities

•Dedicated program managers and knowledgeable mentors

•Develop and form a deep understanding of opportunities or challenges, translating them into actionable definitions (user stories, use cases, architecture sketches, etc.) of solution concepts

•Pro-actively identify and resolve issues and risks through refined or new requirement definitions and/or mitigation plans as definitions are elaborated into working solutions

•Work with and provide structure to ambiguity, bringing others along in progressing toward achieving target outcomes

•Design, document, and establish agreement on solution concepts for reasonably complex systems problems using business analysis skills
