EKOS was founded in 2020 to build an AI-powered networking and engagement platform to democratize the business world. Our platform is set to launch this year and will provide a space for professionals and businesses to meet, interact and exchange ideas. We have a creative and fun international team of 25+ members, and a flex working environment with co-working spaces available in Boston and Istanbul.

What will you be doing?
• Help execute, and optimize our content strategy with a focus on acquisition and engagement.
• Help drive our social media strategy across all relevant social platforms.
• Always thinking about what’s next with a desire to discover and experiment with new channels for acquisition.
• Edit the design and support the creation of assets by channel.
• Provide support in ensuring all marketing activities are aligned with our growth and brand goals.
• Analyze data to monitor performance and uncover areas for improvement.
Requirements:
• Currently enrolled or have a BA in communication, business administration, design, or related degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in content marketing and/or social media
• Direct experience and a passion for writing and creating compelling and creative content
• Strong background working across major social channels like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
• Aware of current and emerging trends in social media. Familiarity with TikTok is a plus.
• A good aesthetic eye toward design
• Familiarity with Canva and tools like Buffer, Sketch, or other similar products – we love Figma!
• Experience with Google Analytics is a plus
• General interest in the tech industry in terms of startups and tech companies
• MUST be curious and always willing to do your research
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English; written and spoken
