Output/Core Tasks:
This is a contract position allowing the incumbent to gain relevant work experience in the financial services industry. The individual will be exposed to IT User support based on the following: • Troubleshooting PC issues
• Troubleshooting network issues
• Setting up of PC’s within the call centre
• Troubleshooting Printer issues
Required Qualification:
• Grade 12 or equivalent
• A+ or N+
