The University of Edinburgh is pleased to offer Kenneth Denbigh scholarship for international students. Scholarships are available for prospective students commencing the MSc in Advanced Chemical Engineering programme in 2017-2018.

University offers a number of general and subject-specific funding schemes. The aim of the scholarships is to attract the best and most motivated people to Edinburgh.

The University of Edinburgh, founded in 1582, is the sixth oldest university in the English-speaking world and one of Scotland’s ancient universities.

Candidates must have, or expect to obtain the international equivalent of a UK first class or 2:1 Honours degree at undergraduate level. The requirement for an IELTS score of 7.0 (or equivalent) may be higher than the level required for admissions purposes.

  • Scholarships are available for prospective students commencing the MSc programme in 2017-2018.
  • Scholarships are tenable in Advanced Chemical Engineering programme in 2017-2018.
  • Each scholarship is worth £1,000 and is tenable for one year. The award of your scholarship will be automatically deducted from your tuition fee.

Eligibility Criteria:  These scholarships are available to applicants of any nationality.  Applicants must have been accepted for admissions on a full-time basis for the MSc Advanced Chemical Engineering within the School of Engineering in 2017-2018.

Entrance Requirement: Candidates must have, or expect to obtain the international equivalent of a UK first class or 2:1 Honours degree at undergraduate level.

Application Procedure: Eligible applicants should complete an online application. The closing date for applications is 1st August 2017. Please note applicants will not be able to access the online application form unless you have applied for admission to the University of Edinburgh. The online scholarship application form is located in EUCLID and can be accessed via MyEd our web-based information portal.
