Scholarship Description: The Swansea University is looking for excellent applicants for its MPhil Studentship in Management/Engineering. The studentship is available for UK/EU and international applicants.
The overall aims of this studentship are to engage with local government and other stakeholders (the public, private and third sectors) to better understand the impact of air quality on people’s health and wellbeing, to design low-cost monitoring devices for manufacture and evaluate the data they capture to help inform strategies for behaviour change.

Scholarship Benefits: Studentship will cover the following:
- Applications are welcome from International Students on the understanding that the difference between the fees awarded (£4,195) and the international fee rate would be met by the successful candidate.
- The studentship covers the full cost of UK/EU tuition fees, plus a tax-free stipend of £14,296 p.a.
Eligibility: The following criteria must be met in order for applicants to be eligible for the scholarship:
- Applicants should have a first class or upper second class (2.1) honours degree in a technical discipline (electrical engineering, environment science), preferably with a substantial research skills element. As specified above, we seek a candidate with a strong interest and/or track record in both technical engineering and management disciplines.
- Applications are welcome from International Students on the understanding that the difference between the fees awarded (£4,195) and the international fee rate would be met by the successful candidate.
