Scholarship Description: The University of Tartu is pleased to announce the availability of up to nine Raeford Degree Scholarships. These scholarships are available for Estonian and foreign applicants.
The aim of the scholarships is to support successful studies.
About University: The University of Tartu is a classical university in the city of Tartu, Estonia. It is the national university of Estonia.
Degree Level: Scholarships are available to pursue Professional higher education, Bachelor’s, Master and Doctoral programme.
Available Subject: Scholarships are awarded in the fields offered by the university.
Scholarship Benefits: The amount of the scholarship is 700 EUR.
Numbers of Scholarships: Up to nine scholarships are granted per year and at least one to a foreign student.
Eligibility: Applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- The Scholarship may be applied for as of the third semester and the average grade of the applicant must be at least 4.0 in the respective level.
- Upon granting the Scholarship, the student’s study results and the extracurricular activities related to the city of Tartu and the University of Tartu are taken into account.
Eligible Nationalities: Applicants of all nationalities are eligible for these scholarships.
Application Procedure Applicant must submit an electronic application which includes the reasons for applying for the Scholarship, an overview of the extracurricular activities related to the city of Tartu and the University of Tartu and a recommendation letter from faculty or supervisor.
Deadline: The application deadline is November 1, 2017.
