The Singapore International Graduate Award (SINGA) is a prestigious scholarship program that provides an incredible opportunity for international students to pursue PhD or EngD studies in Science and Engineering at world-class institutions in Singapore. This bond-free award is a collaboration between:

Eligibility Criteria
- Open to international graduates with excellent academic results and a passion for research.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong recommendations from academic referees.
Note: Singaporeans, Singapore Permanent Residents, and international students who have studied in Singapore are not eligible.
Scholarship Coverage
The award supports up to 4 years of PhD studies, including:
- Full tuition fees.
- Monthly stipend: S$2,700 (increased to S$3,200 after passing the Qualifying Examination).
- One-time airfare grant: S$1,500.
- One-time settling-in allowance: S$1,000.

Application Procedure
- Browse PhD Research Projects: Explore research areas to find suitable projects.
- Prepare Required Documents:
- Valid passport.
- Recent passport-sized photo (.jpeg or .png format).
- Academic transcripts (Bachelor’s and/or Master’s) in English.
- Degree certificates or a letter of certification if the degree is pending.
- Two recommendation reports submitted online by referees.
- Optional: GRE, IELTS/TOEFL, SAT I & II, or GATE scores (may be requested later).
- Submit Application: Complete your application online and ensure referees submit recommendation reports before the deadline.
Important Notes:
- Do not mail hard copy documents.
- Ensure all information is accurate before submitting your application.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be notified within 12 weeks of the application deadline.
