Eligibility Criteria:
The award will be available each year to a prospective student who is:
- a domestic or international student
- enrolled/enrolling in the Masters of General and Applied Linguistics (Advanced) program in the School of Literature, Languages and Linguistics
- enrolled or approved to enrol in a relevant Linguistics thesis course in the School of Literature, Languages and Linguistics, namely THES8102
- interested in researching variation and change in Australian English that will contribute to the Sydney Speaks project
Scholarship Benefits:
This scholarship offers a one off payment of $4,000 paid at the beginning of the semester/session in which you commence your supervised thesis course.
