UK Finance Uncovered London Course Bursaries for Journalists from Developing Nations 2018

Scholarship Description: Apply now for new Finance Uncovered London Course to journalists, campaigners and academics to attend our new five-day financial investigative journalism and data security training course at City University, London.

Scholarship Provider: Finance Uncovered is an investigative journalism training and reporting project. They train journalists and campaigners from around the world to follow the money. They leverage their global network of investigative journalists to deliver hard-hitting investigations on global economic issues.

Degree Level: This is a five-day intensive course available to Journalists.

Available Subject: Five-day financial investigative journalism and data security training course at City University, London.

Scholarship Benefits: Bursaries are available for journalists from the developing world and Eastern Europe. Bursaries cover visa fees, travel, accommodation and per diems for food and travel in London. Due to the limited number of bursaries, applicants will be selected on their track record in investigative journalism. As we tend to be over-subscribed some candidates will be placed on a waiting list for our 2019 courses.

Entrance Requirements: Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Bursaries are available for journalists from the developing world and Eastern Europe.
  • Journalists from the UK and Europe are very welcome to apply.

Language Requirements: Applicants whose first language is not English are usually required to provide evidence of proficiency in English at the higher level required by the University.
