University of Bristol Fully-funded PhD Scholarships
The Faculty of Science is pleased to offer 90 University of Bristol Postgraduate Research Scholarships to UK, EU and international applicants showing exceptional research potential for 2017-2018.
The aim of the scholarship is to enable and encourage academically able students from any nationality.
The University of Bristol is a red brick research university located in Bristol, United Kingdom. It received its royal charter in 1909, and its predecessor institution, University College, Bristol, had been in existence since 1876.

- Scholarships are available for pursuing postgraduate research program at University of Bristol.
- Scholarships are offered in diverse fields within the Faculty of Science to help students in upgrading their education.
- These PhD Scholarships include full tuition fees, full stipend at the UK Research Council rate (£14,296 in 2016/17) and, in conjunction with the host School, a contribution to research costs at the UK Research Council level appropriate to the discipline.

Eligibility Criteria: UK, EU and international scholarships are awarded by schools in the Faculty of Science. Interested applicants should contact the school appropriate to their discipline for information concerning application deadlines and, in some cases, designated eligible research areas.
Eligible Nationalities: UK, EU and international applicants can apply for these scholarships.
Entrance Requirement: Applicants must have their previous degree.
Test Requirement: No
English Language Requirements: Applicants from outside the home country will often need to meet specific English language/other language requirements in order to be able to study there.
